Friends of Bedrock Gardens is a 501(c)(3) public charity helping transition Bedrock Gardens into a public garden.

Mission and Vision Statements

Our Mission: Bedrock Gardens inspires wonder and creativity through its unique garden design, horticulture, and art. Our mission is to sustain and enhance it as a premier garden of the region.

Our Vision: We envision Bedrock Gardens as a dynamic public garden and cultural center offering events and educational programming that celebrate nature, gardening, and the creative arts, while building a strong sense of community.

Members: Gary Bashline, Shay Cassily, Richard D'Abate, Bob Ely, Francine Kontos, Steve Lydenberg, Jill Nooney, and Ann Tarlton.
