    First Place
Lynn McLouglin of North Andover, MA,
and Dara Casey of Andover, MA.

See a video of this creative masterpiece, including its detailed interior, here.

    Second Place
    Nicole Hamilton of Milford, NH.

    Third Place
Nancy Zechel of the Portsmouth Garden Club.

Nancy also won the Grand Prize of the 2015 Portsmouth Fairy House Tour, as well as first place  in 2014. This exhibit got second place this year. What a talented person.

But...the creativity, energy, and care that went into these houses is to be marvelled at. Look at the detail on some:

The Design & Landscape Division of Labrie Enterprises, a Landscape design and maintenance firm, built an environment:

...and then made it small but exact in every detail:

    Picture
Tracy Kane, author of the Fairy Houses series, www.fairyhouses.com, was totally gracious and read from her books, and gave good advice to all comers.

    Picture
Michael Lang was here all three days, playing guitar and telling stories. When it rained, he read in the barn!
     See his website here.

Ingrid Cary offered face painting, a mix of airbrush and traditional face painting techniques.

    Picture
A novel photographer, Mary Liz Lancaster, of Fairy House Kids, provided photo composites of kids into fairy scenes.

And thanks to our wandering minstrel, Lydia Ahlstrom. So cute!
