Doug Tallamy's lecture, "Making Insects: a Guide to Restoring the Little Things that Run the World," will be held on Sunday October 1 at 1 pm at the Thompson School of Applied Sciences at UNH in Durham NH in the Cole building in Room 219 (directions below).
There will be a reception with Dr. Tallamy afterwards.
Free parking is available behind the Barton/Cole buildings. If you park in the visitor lot, you may get a ticket.

WHEN APPROACHING FROM DOWNTOWN DURHAM/CAMPUS MAIN STREET: Pass the Whittemore Center-a large gray sports complex on the right side of the road. At the crest of the hill, pass over the bridge which spans over the railroad tracks. Go down the hill to the rotary and take your first right off the rotary which is North Drive. Take your second right into the Faculty/Staff Parking Lot, which is behind Cole Hall. Park here and walk up the ramp into Cole Hall. Turn right once inside the building and go up the stairs to Cole 219.
WHEN APPROACHING FROM ROUTE 4: Exit Route 4 at the Route 155A exit. At the bottom of the exit, turn towards Durham. This exit puts you on Main Street, Durham. Proceed straight, enter the roundabout and take your third right onto North Drive. Go straight and take your second right into the Faculty/Staff Parking Lot. Park here and walk up the ramp into Cole Hall. Turn right once inside the building and go up the stairs to Cole 219.
