Herbal Teas, Health and Nutrition from the Garden
Thursday in July, date to be determined

with John Forti Ethnobotanist and Director of Bedrock Gardens.
Crafting herbal teas from garden to teapot can be as healthful as sitting back and sipping on a cup of tea.  Join us to learn more about the process of planting a tea garden.  We will also explore the art of blending and preserving herbal teas from the garden, and hydrating with healthy, home grown alternatives.  The program includes a garden tour and a visit to our farm stand garden shop.

With great thanks and appreciation to the Exeter Hospital's Art of Wellness grant for underwriting this free 2018 Wellness from the Garden Series at Bedrock Gardens!

RSVP required. email [email protected]. Class size 25.

Next class: Garden Therapy for Alzheimer's Patients and Caregivers with Lorraine Lee, on July 19th at 1:00

Group Tours can be arranged: See our Tour Page  here.

Bedrock Gardens plans to be open to the public on Open Days only (schedule coming soon).

We plan to offer free Tours of the Garden on Open Days at 11am and 2pm. These will be led by an experienced and knowledgeable garden guide and plant person. A great way to learn about the garden.

We plan to offer free Garden Art Tours  at 1 pm on Sunday Open Days . These Garden Art Tours cover an overview of Jill Nooney's garden sculptures, including inspirations, materials used, recurring themes, some quotes from the artist, and a focused look at more than 30 individual pieces throughout the garden.
