PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDELINES
We’re so glad that you appreciate the beautiful treasure that Bedrock Gardens is! We look forward to having you here to take photographs on the property.
Individual Photographers: You are welcome to take photographs of Bedrock Gardens for your personal use and enjoyment. This includes amateur shows, and student photography. There is no charge for this (other than the suggested donation for admission). Indeed, have a ball! If you are doing casual paid work, such as graduate portraits involving no equipment and a group of two or three, consider making an additional donation to help keep the garden open. Also, if you produce good images, consider sending a select few to us for our use (we will use with proper attribution, of course).
Photographers engaged in less casual photography, such as portrait and graduation photography with equipment, weddings, commercial photography (magazine advertisement, corporate publications, brochures, restaurant menus, etc.), video, film shoots, and use of drones (see separate policy on drones), must obtain appropriate permission. Fee is $50 per hour. All visits must be scheduled, and frequently can be scheduled on times or days that the garden is not usually open to the public. Email hello@friendsbg.org (or call 603-659-2903) to schedule, or fill out form below.
