Our Seventh Annual Fairy Hobbit House Festival in 2023 again was a great success.
Particularly poignant was the activity on Saturday, when it rained. Kids in their wings and fairy costumes were building their house in the wet with umbrellas and slickers...and happy! It was moving.
Special congratulations to 8 year-old Harper, the 2023 winner of the annual Fairy and Hobbit House-building Contest for the second time. Winners were decided by popular vote of festival attendees.
Next year, our Eight Annual FHH Festival will be held on Indigenous People Day (Columbus Day) weekend on October 12th, 13th, and 14th, 2024. It's not too early to start planning your signature design Fairy or Hobbit house to enter next year's contest. Read about how to enter here.

Jennifer Perkinson won the People's Choice for Best Fairy House, was presented the winner's basket by our FHH team (Wendy, Peggy, and Nanci), and then picked the raffle winner for the quilt.
